Sicilian Style Goat Cheese Ravioli

Ingredients:
400 grams Goat Cheese Ravioli
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 garlic cloves
100 grams good quality black olives
100 grams sheep feta cut into small cubes
1 chopped anchovy fillet
20 cherry tomatoes cut in half
20 chopped fresh oregano leaves

How to cook the pasta to perfection?
In a wide skillet, combine the garlic and anchovy with olive oil over very low heat and cook until golden.
Add the tomatoes and olives.
Stir well and cook for 20 minutes.
Cook and drain the ravioli and add to the sauce while stirring well.
Garnish with feta and oregano leaves.
