 
				   Sacchettini Filled with Mozzarella and Tomatoes in Creamy Mushroom and Leek Sauce
Ingredients:
1 package Pasta Nonna Sacchettini Filled with Mozzarella and Tomatoes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon butter
2 garlic cloves
200 grams chopped leeks
10 chopped basil leaves
 
100 grams fresh mushrooms thinly sliced
½ box (100 ml) whipping cream
Salt and pepper
 
50 grams grated Pecorino cheese
How to cook the pasta to perfection?
In a wide skillet, combine the garlic, butter and olive oil over low heat until golden.
 
Remove the garlic from the skillet.
 
Add the leeks and fry for 3 minutes.
  
Add the mushrooms and fry for another minute.
  
Add whipping cream, salt, pepper and basil and cook for about 5 minutes.
 
Cook the sacchettini and drain well.
   
Plate the sacchettini and pour the sauce over them.
  
Garnish with grated Pecorino.
