Gnocchi in Vodka Rosa Sauce

Ingredients:
1 Pasta Nonna's Potato Gnocchi
200 grams whipping cream
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon vodka
50 grams [grated] parmesan cheese

How to cook the pasta to perfection?
In a wide skillet, cook the garlic in olive oil until golden.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil over high heat and cook for 3 minutes.
Cook the gnocchi separately and drain.
Add the gnocchi to the sauce and cook together for 3 minutes.
